Big Blog of Prayer

  Everlasting God, I come to you in pain. My depression is placing a cloud of confusion over my life and I don’t know how to lift myself from under it. Lord enter my mind and heal me of this affliction. Give me your peace that my mind may be soothed, and I will no longer recall the events that have plagued my mind and worsen my depression. Give me hope that I may look forward to tomorrow with eagerness   Give me your joy that I may smile truly and graciously and radiate with happiness from within. Grant me perseverance that I may constantly work on the aspects of my life that I can change to bring about a more positive outcome and Grant me your spirit that I will always be focused on you and not on my problems. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray Amen

Lord, I offer my work to you. I ask that you bless my endeavors and grant me phenomenal success in the things I put my efforts into.  Guide my hands that I may know where to put in the extra effort that will multiply my results and grant me the knowledge that will lead me to opportunities that offer me an even greater chance for success.  In whatever I do today Lord, may my work be pleasing to you. Amen 

  Loving God, I thank you for the wonderful gift of amazing friends that you have given to me. Keep them safe from all dangers and bless them with abundance and joy that they may lead to happy prosperous lives. Weed out those who wish harm to me and replace them with deep soul-nourishing relationships that can help me to grow and thrive as a child of God. Lord, I offer to you the problems that my friends have in their hearts. Pour your grace out and heal the areas where they are most hurting. Grant us long lives that we may enjoy our friendship. May nothing destroy the bonds that we have created. In Jesus' name, I pray Amen

Lord, I come to you today, to pray for those who wish me harm.   There are people in this world who seek to harm me. Protect me from their wicked schemes and may they be revealed to me so that I might not fall into their traps in the future. Grant me wisdom in dealing with those who seek to entrap me and keep me calm that I may destroy their attacks with a cool tongue and clear articulate responses Give me the strength to defend myself from people who wish to physically harm me and empower me with loving friends who will quickly come to my aid. Forgive those who have harmed me in the past due to ignorance and greed and heal the damage that their interference has caused. Help me to move past any hurt or pain and multiply the blessings in my life so that I will not miss what they have taken from me. In Jesus' name, I pray Amen

Heavenly Father, I come before you today on the anniversary of my birth. Thanking you for all the blessings that have you given to me throughout my life and especially in the past year. I know that I am loved and cherished by you and I ask that your blessing may continue into the next year and always. Grant that I would have good food, great friends, amazing opportunities, and your guiding hand to bless me as I go about my daily tasks. May this coming year be an abundant blessing and protect me that I may see my birthday next year. Amen

Loving Creator We praise you for all the wonderful things you have created for this Earth. Everything I have even seen or experienced has been created through the influence of your loving hand. Thank you for creating humanity to be a part of this amazing world and forgive us for any times that we have caused harm to the delicate ecosystem that you have placed us in. Inspire us to be co-creators with you and work together with your perfect will. Dwell within our hearts and inspire us to do what is good not just for humankind but all of creation. Good help us to remember the smallest of creation. The people and creatures who are most often forgotten.   Those who have neither power nor money and are so often at the mercy of others. Protect them from manipulation and protect them from those who mean them harm. We pray also for those who have been affected by tragedy accidents, natural disaster, war, and political unrest.   Heavenly Father, Our nation is hurting. We have faced many trials that we are woefully unprepared for. We come to you humbly seeking your guidance to heal and transform our nation. Forgive us, Lord, for any times we have been unfaithful to you and help us to commit to your will in the future. Protect us from our political and social enemies, from natural disasters and from any entity that does not seek our higher good. We pray for strong spiritual leaders, for dedicated civil servants from thriving businesses and a prosperous economy. We pray that our citizens may not know hungry or extreme poverty. We pray our citizens can put aside racism and prejudice and work together for the good of everyone and that we as a nation will be pleasing to you our heavenly Father In Jesus Name we pray Amen

Almighty God, Thank you for the wonderful blessings that you have given to me in March. As I enter this month of April, I ask you to send your compassion that we may respect creation and care for it and respect it as a gift of God. We know that the Earth is small and that our resources are finite, yet we often act as though everything is disposable. Teach us to be responsible with the Earth that you have placed use in and heal the damage humanity has caused by our carelessness. Lord teach us to be stewards of creation Amen
